Mdf - MES Development Framework
Coding a MES system is a time consuming and error prone task. An international standard
named ISA-95 has to be met in each application of that type.
Mdf, MES Development Framework, is born from the ideas of a group of skilled MES
programmers.
The aim is to cut away the time between the analysis of the MES system and the working
releases.
Embedding the repetitive tasks into tools helps the team to focus more on the modelling
than on the coding. The key idea is based upon a system able to take care of creating
structures ISA-95 compliant customised on the current needs: fully compliant with
B2MML standard.
A set of tools, an highly customizable database and the .NET framework are the basis
of the Mdf solution.
Through the custom class generator (CCG) in few seconds it is created a custom database
ISA-95 compliant. All the C#.NET classes needed to interface it and a set of classes
is than created based on the analysis in order to model abstract each physical system
modelled.
High performance of resulting MES and speed up of the coding phase are the main
result.
